Terms and Conditions of the Auction: TERMS & CONDITIONS – Kersavage Auction

1. Any announcements made at the live on-site auction will take precedence over all printed materials.

2. All bidders must be registered to place bids on the property, and understand they are entering into a legal contract upon winning the successful high bid. A copy of the sales contract is available for review. The successful bidder must sign a real property purchase contract immediately upon conclusion of the bidding.

3. Short breaks in the auction may take place for the Auctioneer to confer with the seller.

4. This property is being sold “AS IS-WHERE IS”. Buyer is responsible for examining all property and bidding according to their own expertise.

5. A 10% Buyer’s Premium will be added to the high bid to determine the contract price.

6. Successful bidder is responsible for a $10,000 non-refundable deposit today upon signing of the sales agreement.

7. Closing on this property is to be 60 days or less at a mutually agreed upon settlement company or attorney’s location.
